Industrial Salesperson:
We are seeking highly motivated and energetic salespeople to cover assigned sales territories. The right candidates will have strong sales skills, sales discipline, and a general mechanical aptitude. Some understanding of hydraulic systems is a plus but not required for consideration. Training will be provided to assist in developing a greater understanding of our products and their use in manufacturing industries and mobile systems. This is a perfect job for a younger person who is ready to dig in to a career with growth opportunity. Manufacturing is returning to Indiana (and all of the US), and industrial and mobile hydraulics are the central technologies running throughout most manufacturing plants. Experienced hydraulics salespeople are currently making over $100,000 per year selling hydraulic products into Indiana manufacturing plants. With some hard work and training, you could rise to that level, too.
Salary/commission structure: Base pay of 50K, plus commission on sales.

Experienced Hydraulics Sales Engineer
Progressive Power & Control is a hydraulics distributor located on the north side of Indianapolis. We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic salesperson to cover an assigned sales territory. The right candidate will have the motivation to make a 6-figure income and the action plan to make it happen. Candidates must have experience in the hydraulics industry. Certified Fluid Power Specialist (CFPS) certification and the ability to act as your own sales engineer with the skills to design hydraulic systems is a big plus. Sales skills, organizational skills, a strong work ethic and computer literacy a must.
We would also consider candidates with the aforementioned qualifications that are willing to earn the CFPS certification within the first year of their employment.

- Working from our office in Indianapolis and traveling within Indiana to visit clients
- Servicing the needs of existing clients
