Yuken LSVG series Direct Type Linear Servo Valves

These servo valves connect the linear motor moving coil, spool, and position sensor. Their simple structure provides high vibration resistance, contamination resistance (reducing the cost of fluid management), and low hysteresis, creating high accuracy and the ability for the machine to reset quickly for repeatability.
